Wah Gwaan is a hidden gem at the Norfolk outlet mall, next to The North Face. The restaurant is very clean and provides excellent service. The food is consistently amazing, delicious, and authentic. Dishes like the oxtail, jerk chicken, and curry goat are phenomenal. The cabbage is fresh and tasty, and the rice is unlimited when you dine in. There are several Jamaican beverages to choose from. With ample parking and great music, it is a friendly and welcoming place for a phenomenal meal.
