“An errand brought me in the area at lunch time. I bought the Mushroom and cheesesteak sandwich. It was ready in about 10 minutes and I was out of there. They are very efficient and delicious food. Hard to beat. They also sell Herr's chips, but you will pay a premium. The half is sufficient for most for lunch.“

“Stopped in here before heading to the outlets. What a great concept!!! You walk in and there's sub bags labeled by protein, so you grab it and then they have other options they make with added protein. Then you mark what toppings and bread type you want. They provide red sharpies for writing your requests. After you decide everything you hand the cashier the bag and they go right to making your sub. It's all open concept too. So you see everything. The subs were even warmed just enough to slightly melt the cheese. They have $7 sub days on each day if the week. Its very clean. The people working were so kind and helpful. This is probably one of the best subs I've had in awhile. You can get fries or chips to add on. They have cookies to buy too. Definitely gonna go back to try their reuben.

I had the Italian,classic trio. We had a turkey sub. The olive salad on the Italian sub was amazing! Brought all the flavors together fantastically.“

The guy who runs it is always incredibly friendly and courteous and has a sense of humor which is becoming like hens teeth these days! “I was very nervous about ordering due to some bad reviews but man am I happy I ignored them and ordered anyway! I’m originally from Massachusetts and we have some great pizza places. I’ve had some luck finding good pizza here but nothing that reminds me of home. It’s all about the crust for me! So anyway I had a craving for cheese pizza so I ordered from Sal’s. The pizza was exactly like home. Thin crust with a little crunch, good cheese and light sauce! Perfection! The gentleman who was working tonight was friendly too! “I went to Mr. Jim's because this is what my mom wanted to eat after she decided not to have dialysis anymore. We live in Virginia Beach, and I drove here to get her the Italian sub that she remembered and loved. I asked for the manager to tell her how much she loved Mr. Jim's and wanted an Italian sub only from here. Thank you for being her favorite place to get a sub and even after she is no longer with us I will continue to come to Mr Jim's in her honor.
