I was really excited to check this place out and ended up really disappointed. I don’t think it’s worth talking about the atmosphere, food, service or music. When I pay my bill I almost never look at the charges. This time I did and was very disappointed to see that the gratuity was included. The server didn’t say anything. I would have tipped more than what was charged. She got 8 I was gonna give 10. If I hadn’t noticed I would have tipped 18 on a 40 dollar check. If you want to do that then tell the customer. If not it feels like being stolen from. Good job if that’s what you want your customers to feel when they leave.

Edit: Adding a review to help out. I was here to have a couple drinks and get some food before a show, and I really had a good time. It was wing night and they were quite good. Staff was pretty attentive and friendly and overall I enjoyed it! This will probably be my pre-NorVa tradition from now on.

They had no egg for my salad and didn't say until I was at pickup and then sent me out with no salad dressing too, so that was a bad surprise once I got back.
