These meals are working for me!!! I been asked several times since last Thursday if I am losing weight as I am told no kidding that I look great. While I have lost some weight I also gained some muscle. Been doing the meals for 6 weeks combined with cardio and weight training. The meals help me eat three balanced meals a day, with some portion control. Meals are allways ready when they say they be ready. Peter Z
