This location can get super busy (well, all of them can, but when the outlets are busy this location is slammed!) but the drive-thru still moves at a great pace. Food quality is always great and staff is almost always super friendly with the occasional maybe someone is having an off day. Ordering in the app is easy and I love that the staff confirms your mobile order and you can add or change anything when you get there. Our orders are almost always accurate with only very few times that items have been missing but the staff is quick to help us out (we have large orders for our office sometimes so missing one item out of 15 is understandable).

I had such a delightful experience at Chick-fil-A in Norfolk, Virginia! The staff was incredibly welcoming and efficient, making our visit truly special. A huge shoutout to Desi, who went above and beyond to make my 3-year-old daughter feel special. Desi gifted her a plush cow toy and a complimentary drink gift card, which completely made n day. It's rare to encounter such genuine kindness and care, and it turned a simple lunch stop into a memorable moment. The food was great, as always, but the exceptional service is what really stood out. Thank you for the experience!

I would like to know why this location for veterans day only gave a cookie? I was told by 2 employees that they too thought it was unfair as other locations gave out free chicken sandwiches. I am just confused as to why this particular location only did cookies.

Friendly staff but the burger was not hot enough. I had the impression he was laying a while before he was server to us. The same applied to my wifes burger. Can't recommend it.

No playground!! I disappointed the crap out of my stir-crazy toddler thinking we could “go to the park” after it’d been raining for days, and a semi-recent review said there was a play area— lies! Anyway, the food is good as always, and the service was just shy of bare minimum.
