This Chic-Fil-A location has a lot to be desired. The service is not great compared to other locations. In my order sauces, straws, or forks are almost always forgotten. I order a meal and the worker accidentally puts it in as an entree. Double-checking and reading back the customers meal might take longer but it would save from the negative experience. The waffle fries at this location are also always inconsistent, sometimes they are soggy or crispy. You never know what you can...

Stef went above and beyond he heard me mention to my husband that I forgot to ask for a refill and he quickly offered to go back inside and get me a refill ! Everyone was super nice.
