No drive thru and self-serve kiosks aside, the two things that really get me about this CFA are 1) they don’t serve chicken tenders, and 2) you can’t use your rewards here. Please change these policies, it’s causing a lot of people to have to go to the CFA in Ghent instead!!!!

The staff consistently delivers on the brand's promise of friendly and remarkably efficient service, keeping the typically long drive-thru line moving at an impressive pace. On my recent visit, the employees were as pleasant as ever, and my order was taken and delivered with a smile. The food, as expected, was top-notch. My classic chicken sandwich was hot, crispy, and delicious, and the waffle fries were perfectly seasoned and fresh. It’s this consistency that makes it so easy to return time and again. The reason for docking one star is a minor but recurring issue with order accuracy. On this particular visit, a requested sauce was missing from the bag. While not a deal-breaker, it's a small detail that can be a slight inconvenience after you've already driven away. This has happened on a couple of other occasions as well. Overall, this Chick-fil-A is a solid choice for a quick and satisfying meal in Norfolk. The stellar service and reliable food quality far outweigh any minor inconsistencies. I'll certainly be back, but I'll be sure to double-check my bag for sauces before I leave.

All ordering is done by kiosk, make sure you choose the right location. There was a short wait, but only because fresh fries were constantly being dropped.
Change your hours its 22:34 and you're clearly closed but have yourselves listed as open. Wasted a 25min drive from Southern VA for this unfortunately and unnecessary lie

Hours are not accurate, update it. It’s not hard. They close at 10. Everywhere online and even on their own front door it says open until 11:30.
My coworker and I just came to grab breakfast for our team and when our order was put through, the cashier literally complained about how many chicken minis we ordered right in front of us. Kinda disrespectful.

Fix your system I was ordering before 1030 and the computer system shuts down and restarts and then won’t let me finish my order for breakfast fix your system but we all know you won’t. McDonald’s will let me order whatever I want I’ll give them my money
