I have visited this Chick-fil-A on several occassions. Service and quality used to be a lot worst. The place is improving and getting it's groove together. Cleaner and friendlier, but has a bit more to grow. I think the root of the problem is a need to hire more personel during the peak rush hours.
After being in the CHKD ER getting stitches for my daughter, we showed up right as they were closing. Even though they were cleaning up, they let us order and pumped my daughter up for how brave she was. I love everyone at this location! 500 stars would be more appropriate!
If I could 0 stars for atmosphere I WOULD. I was trying to enjoy my meal. I couldn’t, because it was way too smokey and hot in the lobby area. I ended up finishing my meal elsewhere.
