Compare to other Chilli's, this one is not very good and cleanliness is definitely below average. Would not recommend.

I didn't eat there. There was a 10 minute wait so my party of 3 immediately departed

Where do I start? We were seated quickly, waitress introduced herself and dropped off flatware and napkins. That was as good as it got. Took the flatware out of the paper sleeves, it was filthy. There is no way these ever saw the dishwasher. Sticky, & disgusting. Waitress comes back we put our drink orders in..it took FOREVER to get drinks. We had a clear view of the bar. The bartender was talking to the only 3 people at the bar and disregarded waitresses order. Meanwhile looking around the restaurant I mentioned toy husband they had almost as much staff working as they had customers, why was service soooo slow? Order finally comes out, one correct one incorrect. Server takes it back and offers chips & salsa, nice touch. BUT it took at least 20 minutes for the correct order to come out. Ordered another drink, same thing bar tender talking and not filling drink orders-horrible! Last thing, check comes and we're charged for the incorrect entree, on top of the two correct ones...SMH.

AWFUL experience. Came in as a group of four. We all ordered drinks, 1 appetizer and meals. We sat for 15min and our meals came out, but we hadn’t even gotten our drinks yet. The waitress was moving and talking slowly, like she was on something. We waited another ten minutes before getting our drinks and appetizer. Our fries had bits of chicken tender pieces in them, and the soups were cold. We literally had almost finished our meals before even getting our drinks and appetizer. There was a group of servers standing in the back corner just talking the entire time. This was probably the worst service I’ve ever had. We were all so shocked at the lack of attentiveness. Definitely won’t be coming back or recommending to anyone.

First and last visit at this place for us.After watching a movie at the Main Gate, we decided to walk over to Chili's for dinner. We had a booth next to the restroom, which was not an ideal spot. We ordered drinks and an appetizer. We ordered the Trio, which was on point. We ordered our food, nice, warm and fresh. My husband ordered a beer when we ordered out drinks and appetizers. I have down the waitress and asked if she checked they had the beer. He finally got the beer and sat down, ready to dive in. My husband was missing a part of his meal. I waved down another waiter, and he got the missing item. Our drinks were empty, and the waitress was nowhere to be found. Dinner could not end quickly enough, especially when individuals were walking or brushing by when trying to eat.

Service was great, but the food was plentiful and okay in taste. The handicap entrance was on the side and the building. It is an inconvenience because the entrance is to the take out section requires you to walk around to the front of the restaurant. Not an ideal situation when you have difficulty walking.

Second visit and second opportunity for the staff and kitchen to mess up my order. They definitely took the opportunity to a new level of poor customer service and miserable meal preparation. Do not recommend!

i ordered a medium steak and they gave me well done so i sent it back and they brought back a rare steak so i said whatever ill try to eat it but it was nasty. then the broccoli tasted like it was boiled in toilet water the only thing that was good was the fries. then i got a skillet cookie and there was a hair in it :(

I ordered a meal for pick up and when I got home I saw the most disgusting broccoli ever. It was stinky, mushy, and per the pictures, the stalks were discolored. I called the store which did not offer any apologies and did not offer anything convenient for me. It was so disgusting and a waste of my time and money.

Chicken sandwich was hot but was supposed to come with pickles, diced onions and diced tomatoes, there was none of that and only a snidge of mayo. Plus no flavor, very bland. Th e fries were mostly a little potato with skin. After waiting about 10 minutes, salad came out, then Iess than 5 minutes later the entrees came out. Another 10 minutes my husband had to flag down our server and ask for our sodas!!!
