Your store located 2308 E Princess Anne Road Norfolk VA is the worse. I arrived before 9pm July 19,2026 and the doors were locked. I backed out to the drive in line and about 4 cars in front of me. Presently there is NO Drive Thru MENU to look at. As you get to the window and give your order you would have to sit there as only then your order is being cooked. My order was OKRA and 2 Pieces of White Meat and 2 biscuits. The OKRA was liked cooked over in OLD GREASE and the Chicken...

Staff is extremely patient and friendly. Got our dinner to go, got home and the chicken was BANGIN'! Hot and crispy and the mac and cheese is something special. This may be a once a week stop for me from now on.

The first church's we stopped at had a sign saying microphone not working pull to window. We pulled to the window, and looked on the other side of the building and all the employees were outside on break not doing anything for customers. The second one we went to had great, fast, friendly service, and the food was delicious. Employees were working very hard, and deserve recognition for the great job they're doing. Not familiar with the area, was visiting so I can't...
