I went through the drive thru tonight and it was a great experience. The lady at the window was so pleasant and kind. I really appreciated her because I forgot to ask for cheese and she asked if I wanted to add cheese. And the line moved so quickly. I was very impressed with this experience and the burger was so good!

Today I went over to purchase lunch. I waited at the walkup window for over 10 minutes without anyone taking my order, even though the cashier came to the window three times. You lost a customer. (I crossed the street and went to Wendy's.)

This Cookout deserves 5 stars. Cajun fries nice and crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Fried cheese bites made to perfection.
