I was happy with the service and quality of the cold brew and espresso. Unfortunately the prices were way too high given what I ordered. I'm not one to normally leave a review like this, but its a very niche cafe with the price point of basic menu items. An add on for one shot of espresso is 4 dollars, which is baffling to me. I get the economy is very rough right now but there are plenty of other places in ghent and downtown norfolk where I can get the same quality product...
This is a lovely shop in a great location, very cozy on the inside and the everyone was kind! I got the brown sugar oatmilk latte, the shrimp and grits and peach cobbler muffin, everything was delicious!! I was informed of the wait for food, but for me the wait wasn't bad at all, and I love that presentation of the muffin, it had golden sparkles ✨ lol, highly highly recommend!
I was visiting the ares and found this amazing black owned bakery, you will be pleased. The coffee and treats were outstanding!! So outstanding, I ordered the chocolate bundt cake for a celebration and it was a hit. The team at Crave is friendly and nice. This is my spot while in Norfolk.
