They had a particular chef named Lucas who we really took a liking to. The absolute flair of every flip and toss of the pan whilst mixing that pasta was flawless. Beautiful meal, beautiful chef, beautiful establishment.
As non-Norfolk natives, finding good pizza in Norfolk had been a challenge. Until we tried Del Vecchios. Delicious pizza. Top notch garlic knots. Amazing house balsamic vinaigrette dressing. Just all around GOOD FOOD. Wait times can be long, but it's so worth it. Staff is always friendly, welcoming and attentive.
Just trying to find the best late night pizza ended up here. It was okay. I give it a solid if you're looking for a late night bite. If you're looking for gourmet Pizza, it's not it. But the service was phenomenal and their salad is as basic as it was was incredibly fresh and you have to try their homemade Italian dressing. I would definitely drive here back just for the salad alone if that that helps LOL
