I’ve always ordered with this franchise and have always exceeded my expectations, EXCEPT FOR TODAY, NOV 29, 2024. I ordered and asked for delivery, and the delivery driver was no where to be seen after saying on the app that it got delivered. Normally, every time that happened, the delivery person stays at the location for about 5 minutes before proceeding with the deliveries or they deliver the others first before they deliver my order. I called three times, it went straight to voicemail, and then when I called the store, I got a rude person and it seems like she doesn’t want to be working there or something with that type of attitude. If you’re reading this and or if you’re the manager, look for a better staffs, AND DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS FRANCHISE AT THIS LOCATION ONLY! Other domino’s locations are perfect but NOT THIS ONE!

I FOUND SEVERAL BLONDE HAIRS IN MY PIZZA. my husband and I both have black hair and we found a 5 inch blonde hair in our pizza. Super disgusted Edit: we went to the store and showed them. No apology. No refund. Edit: a month and a half later and no refund, apology, or help. Reached out to corporate and no response.

I’ve had their pizza before and it’s what you would expect but the delivery is pretty awful. I got an alert that they were out for delivery at 8 PM with a 15 minute ETA. By 8:30, there was still no driver despite being less than a mile from the store. At 8:35 I just called to tell them to cancel it. The driver called me 5 minutes later saying he was pulling up. I said no thanks to 40 minutes boxed, lukewarm pizza. stick with picking up yourself and you should be ok.

My driver Devin honestly told me that he had forgotten my drink at the store and, on his own dime, went to the nearest 7-Eleven to buy a 2-litre...I was absolutely floored! I had no cash on me but I would have given him an additional $10 simply for the fact that he was so polite. I would highly recommend my local Domino's in Norfolk on Hampton Boulevard! This is what customer service used to be like.

Earlier today, my husband and I agreed to order some food from Dominos delivery via this Hampton boulevard location in Norfolk Virginia. I admit that I wanted to treat my hubby and I to some indulgent tasty food before I overhaul what I eat starting tomorrow. Anyhow, My hubby selected a medium sized mushroom and sausage pizza and he was fine with I taking a slice. I also chose the cheesy marinara dip and parmesan bread twists. I confess that I enjoyed and ate a significant amount of the cheesy marinara dip and parmesan bread twists with my husband trying a little portion of the cheesy marinara dip and a parmesan bread twist for himself and also enjoying it. The only caveat was that the cheesy marinara dip had a higher marinara sauce to cheese ratio than I would have liked. My hubby and I both shared and enjoyed some chocolate lava cakes and the delivery driver who delivered our dominos order was very polite.

Can't cook a pan pizza worth a damn. Always undercooked and if you ask for it well done they just burn it on purpose.

Everytime I order a pizza there are so many bubbles half the pizza is inedible. The hot wings have about a drop of sauce on them and hope that they don't overcook or dry out your sandwich. Don't order unless you live on base and have no other option.

Food is always fine, great even. This place needs more delivery drivers or just faster delivery. Its a high demand area. This store needs to do better with their demand, hire more drivers or train them better, people should not be waiting 1.5 hrs+ EVERY delivery, even on slow nights. Food is basically cold when you get it. There's no point in tipping the delivery drivers at this point. It's not 20% tip quality.
