Horrible customer service. Spent 20 minutes on hold. They finally called from a blocked number just to tell me my order was cancelled and they were just going to throw away my pizzas since I couldn't come pick them up despite ordering for delivery

How does a place like this manage to exist while being barely operable?

This was during normal business hours. The restaurant was accepting orders on both their own Dominos mobile app as well as UberEats (possibly DoorDash as well but I didn't check). I placed an order though their app, spent the time to build the pizzas and navigate the buggy checkout process, but then a minute later the order gets cancelled without explanation. I tried again and the order was cancelled a minute later again.

I tried placing the order on UberEats (since again, they were online and accepting orders) and they immediately cancelled the order again.

I tried calling the restaurant to at least find out why the order was cancelled, but even though I sat on hold for over 15 minutes no one ever answered the phone.

Thinking that maybe they weren't actually open. I drove by the restaurant since it is only two minutes away and I saw the OPEN sign on and people walking around the restaurant.

So I'd just really like to know why these people are getting paid to work at the store, but can't be bothered to make orders or answer this phone.

This is after another bad experience the last time I ordered from this store. Even though there were 5 people working in the store at the time, I had to wait almost 10 minutes to get my pizzas after they were ready, even though I had asked for my multiple times.

I really regret making this. This place used to be awesome but the quality has really dropped in the last 6 months. I have had 3 pizzas come in damaged and items forgotten in my last 3 orders. 3 strikes and you're out

The last time I ordered my pizza barely had any cheese. Today I ordered, spent $35 dollars at 7:07 and it’s 8:22, still no pizza. They have been ensuring maxium deliciousness since 7:18, I’ve been on hold for 30 minutes trying to figure out the hold up on my pizza being that it says delivery time 34-49 minutes, says nothing about a hour and 20 minutes, looking to cancel for the wait but can’t even cancel because nobody has answered the phone, as we speak I am sitting on hold, don’t order here unless you can wait a hour and a half probably longer for your food. Horrible customer service, needs new management.

I ordered 2 pizzas from this establishment, I was called maybe about 20 minutes later because of a lack of drivers for delivery and opted to cancel my order. Instead of putting the order in via dominos I instead ordered through door dash thinking that it would be delivered through door dash. This was not the case, instead of dominos canceling the order again or shutting off their DD because they were unable to deliver, they instead confirmed the order. My order came an hour and a half after the original delivery time. That was not even the worst of the issues. The Delivery driver that worked for dominos for some reason pulled into the drive way even though I live on a 1 way street, it would have been easier to pull in front of the house, but instead he parked in the drive way and then backed into my jeep when he was backing out. He paused in the street for about 20 seconds and then drove off 🤦🏽‍♀️. I checked my car for damages, it luckily was fine. I finally got inside to eat my cold pizza! I ate the first piece and thought it was cold and tasted just wrong, tried to eat the second piece and I had a sudden urge to vomit. The pizza instantly made me sick, I’ve never had that quick of a reaction to bad food. If you care about your safety and your car, I’d recommend to not order or order delivery from this location. Worst food experience I have had in a while!!!

Was a paying customer at the store yet the bathrooms were closed to all. The employees told me to use the restaurant next door instead of being allowed to use. Will not return.

We ordered veggie pizza. They not only added meat in veggie pizza but also was trying to act unnecessarily smart, and didn’t even say sorry or understand what the issue was. The guy who said was a manager was very very rude. When we called he said he will have the pizza ready. But when we reached not only was the pizza not ready, the guy was very rude again. He didn’t have his name tag on, said he was the manager. WORST Domino’s location and service. Such people do not seem belong in Domino’s - bringing bad name to Domino’s pizza. He Didn’t give his name again.

It took 2 hours to receive our pizza because the delivery driver had to wait 1 hour before finding out they kept delaying the order. Don't know who is doing what.

I ordered a pizza almost 2 mths ago and I’m yet to receive the pizza or my refund . Twice I called and I spoke to someone who told me I have to wait 1 week for a refund and I can never get anyone to speaks to since then . They never answer the phone and I still can’t get my refund to this day. Avoid this location if you’re hungry and home waiting for your pizza . Just order at another location or find another pizzeria to order.

I received my pizza after placing an order online with a coupon for $9.99 any topping and any crust. The pizza 🍕 I ordered didn't have hardly any cheese on it at all. Now I ordered the all the cheeses besides feta. But it didn't even have the standard amount of cheese that comes with the pizza. As far as the toppings, they didn't put hardly anything on the pizza. I guess this was their
goal to get people to buy pizza for this deal 🤷🏾. Now I have ordered this deal with other locations and the shortage of topping was still lacking but at least the cheese was there. This by far was the worst pizza I have bought anywhere. They didn't even put garlic butter on the crust.

Ordered online, after an hour an a half of waiting my order showed no progress. tried to call to cancel my order, but no one answered the phone. not the first time this store has taken more than an hour with an order, but it will be the last one for me.
