You have advertised all over your windows that you have Donut H yeah ole Dippers. However, when I go inside they say they have no donut holes and they don't know when they'll have donut holes. So do you have them or do you not have them? Can you only get them a certain time of day? I went in the afternoon and was told they were not making them during that particular shift. What does that mean?

Placed an order for pickup for it to be ready by 10:15. Got to the store and waited for around 15 minutes until anyone even said hello, or asked if we could order or need help. Had to interrupt the worker and ask if we could pick up our order. They explained to us that only one 50 count mini donuts were ready. We then had to wait another 20 minutes until we got it, which we saw them just place old ones in the microwave. Then when we got the box, it did not have the big icing like it does in the pictures. It only had one container of icing that was extremely small, we asked for one more since we got 2 50 counts and only one small icing. he said sure but usually each order comes with only 1, but since it’s christmas he will give us one more. I then called the store in chesepeake to find out if this was true and that worker explained for every 10 you get a small icing, so we should have gotten 10 small icings. the worker was acting like he was doing us a favor when he was really nothing but lazy.

Went in placed an order for a dozen donuts. About 5 mins in 2 other groups of people came on and placed there orders as well. Both parties got there dozen donuts prior to us. It took over 30 mins for my order to be done. While both other parties that came in after didn't wait that long at all. 1 of the parties also had a dozen donuts as well. Will not return to this location. This location is just up the road from my home so that really kind of stinks. I have a dunkin donuts behind my house I guess I will go to from now on.

Expensive for plain donuts with fancy toppings

Change your operational hours to 7p instead of 8p on Sundays if every week you “claim” to run out of donuts well before 8 and proceed to shut the store down early.

If you’re not big on customer service, this is the place for you. I walked in, got no acknowledgment, just blank stares. The one who took my order just seemed annoyed, like I was inconveniencing them.
To be fair, the doughnuts were pretty good and the place itself looks decent.

First time coming here on a Friday morning before work, food and doughnuts were Fast and Made in front of you. Light, fluffy and Amazing! Vince was very friendly and a good addition to my Morning

Terrible service. I ordered a latte dairy free- I watched the associate make it with whole milk. I mentioned mine is almond milk. I asked are you sure that’s dairy free? She said yes. I said okay because I’m lactose intolerant she said oh sorry I’ll remake it. Then to have half the shots poured not in the cup and tell me it’s fine that I didn’t get the whole espresso shots poured. I wish I could take my tip back. The other drink was a plain black coffee leaked. We ordered 3 cups it took them 25 minutes to make our simple coffee’s incorrectly. Don’t go here for coffee ever.

The blueberry lemonade and sunrise Donuts were amazing. The cost was $10.40. If you like coffee they have a cheap $5 comb. The two women were very friendly and helpful. If you are a truck driver parked at Charlie's it is a easy 10 minute walk and well worth it. The made to order Donuts were amazing and the peach lemonade was a refreshing treat for the walk back.

Very good donuts, and the perfect location for me to pick up a couple dozen for meetings. Everyone in my office love these.
