Duck Donuts

Donuts are pretty good, made fresh and hot. However, I was there at 8:30 on a Saturday morning and after I ordered and paid, they informed me they were out of coffee beans and couldnt give me tge coffee I ordered. My daughter ordered an iced latte. We got our donuts in a few minutes. It took 15 mins to get our lattes. Mine was hot and wasnt made as I requested. My daughter ordered iced latte with soy milk as she is lactose intollerant. They gave her a hot coffee. We were so tired of waiting, she just took the hot coffee. When she started drinking the coffee, she discovered they put real milk in her coffee and not soy milk she requested. Not good.

Delicious donuts and very friendly staff. This was my first time at a duck donuts and it was delicious! The staff at this location were so friendly, it was a great experience.

These are the best donuts hands down! They melt in your mouth and are just delicious!

This is my first time here based on a reccomend from a local because I am visiting Virginia for the first time. I did not know I needed these donuts in my life! Nothing compares to a fresh, warm, in your face drizzled donut. The cashier was polite and patient as we made our choices. We also got milkshakes and they were awesome. Unless it's a Duck Donut, I'm sorry I'm not eating another donut again.

UPDATE: Sadly the response from the business below is a lie. They had 5 people working, no they did not have 10 online orders ahead of us. They only had a couple people in before up and a few came in after. We were able to watch them and the order slips. The lady who was supposed to make our sandwiches just refused to. Her own coworkers were having to ask her to do her job multiple times.
When we ordered there was barely anyone in. They waited 30 minutes to even start making our donut breakfast sandwich. We had to ask, and one of the employees had to tell the girl a couple times to make it. She slowly and reluctantly did. 45 minutes later and we still don’t have our sandwiches. Just 2; we didn’t order a lot.

I was a little apprehensive about trying this place out because I am super picky about my donuts. However, I ABSOLUTELY loved my experience here. The manager who was working when I went (she had a green shirt on) really walked me through the menu and the different options. I went with her recommendations, and I was not disappointed! Thank you so much for making my experience here one to remember. I will definitely be back in the near future! Great staff, great atmosphere, and GREAT donuts! ?

First time coming here. Whoever was the cashier today at 3pm was extremely rude and had RBF. I accidentally said "cake batter shake" instead of "birthday cake" and she looked at me SO ugly. When my friends added to the order she looked at us like she was so over it and wanted us to be done. Customer service was horrible, milkshakes & donuts were good.

Overall, my visit to this donut place was a fantastic one. The combination of their exclusive ube selection donuts (Ube Iced Donuts, Ube Iced Donuts with Powdered Sugar, and Ube Iced Donuts topped with toasted coconut.), a clean environment, and friendly staff made for a memorable experience. I’m excited to return and try more of their selection. Donut worry, be happy indeed!

Donuts so good we went back for more 2 hours later. I don’t think my mouth has experienced such delight ever ?‍♀️ they’re made to order so they’re super soft and fresh. Please open a location in ny ??‍♀️
