Hey Water, coffee and a hot breakfast sandwich first thing in the morning always hit the spot. The coffee was great as always but my breakfast sandwich well what can I say pictures speak in volume. It wasn’t the best. The bacon on the other hand was crunchy like I like it and pretty good.l lol…They could have put the sandwich in the microwave for a couple seconds to warm it up. I didnt have time to drive back or I would have. I understand completely how restaurant work is. In my years of providing service I never would have gave someone this. I still ate it because I was hungry and working. I don’t like to complain or give bad reviews. Maybe my review will change next time I come there.

Love waiting extra minutes because the worker who is SUPPOSED to be staffing the register would rather stand and do absolutely nothing purely because she's against lgbtq individuals. She even decided to make an extra deal of moving stuff away from me and slamming down the pen she was holding for whatever reason. The drive thru worker had to come take me and my partners order instead. The next person to come in immediately got sorted by her.

I don’t know why this place doesn’t have more stars. Often they are busy, but they get food and drinks out fairly quickly. Everyone I’ve ever interacted with is very kind, even when in stressful situations. They have memorized my order for the most part, too! The place is always clean and I think I’ve only had to ask for a big straw once. This Dunkin rocks (:

The people are so upbeat and happy here. I love coming here. I always get greeted with a smile and a warm greeting. Thank you to all the employees that show how a store is supposed to be ran and managed. Thank you for showing me that customer service excellence is still around. And thank you to the store manager who Taught these young folks some excellent customer service.

Disappointed. It's Monday morning and this Dunkin' sold me day-old quasi stale donuts, at full price, and without disclosing that they were selling me day old donuts. Dunkin, if you are going to charge me nearly 10 dollars for 6 donuts, they better be fresh. And the variety offered at this location was sub par as well. Do better!

Rude as heck I’ve been here twice and they can’t seem to make coffee the right way. It’s not hard to make large ice French vanilla coffee been going to Dunkin for years only reason I’m in Norfolk is because my daughter is in the hospital but yet they can’t seem to make coffee correctly ugh so mad
