The people are so upbeat and happy here. I love coming here. I always get greeted with a smile and a warm greeting. Thank you to all the employees that show how a store is supposed to be ran and managed. Thank you for showing me that customer service excellence is still around. And thank you to the store manager who Taught these young folks some excellent customer service.
Disappointed. It's Monday morning and this Dunkin' sold me day-old quasi stale donuts, at full price, and without disclosing that they were selling me day old donuts. Dunkin, if you are going to charge me nearly 10 dollars for 6 donuts, they better be fresh. And the variety offered at this location was sub par as well. Do better!

I don’t know why this place doesn’t have more stars. Often they are busy, but they get food and drinks out fairly quickly. Everyone I’ve ever interacted with is very kind, even when in stressful situations. They have memorized my order for the most part, too! The place is always clean and I think I’ve only had to ask for a big straw once. This Dunkin rocks (:
