the lady that took my order was very confused and did not communicate, the lady that made my coffee refused to give me my drink the correct way when i asked her to fix it she told me the receipt didn’t say that, i in turn told her the lady that took my order didn’t enter it right and i have continuously had a horrible experience there. if you don’t wanna work there don’t but there’s no reason to make everybody else miserable because you are. DO BETTER

Horrible. Waiting over 20 minutes still no order. Pick up time Was 20mins ago and the only thing the girl in the front can says is “I am not back there cooking” WHAT!? Well maybe you should be back there cooking? And now the employee is arguing with another guest. She is a 17year and has no respect another employee just walked past and said nothing. Where is the Manager who’s running this place.

Sat and waited forever for a drink just for them to stand there gabbin it up then say oh your drinks sitting right here I forgot all about it. Maybe if yall focused on your customers and did your jobs it would be a better review but honestly every time I’ve tried to come here it’s been an awful experience. Especially because of the employees. If you want good food and coffee I highly recommend going elsewhere.

The staff Is friendly and the place is not completely destroyed, no seating and the area is not too bad. Good for a quick drink and a warm little donut.

This place is horribly managed. It took almost 50 minutes to make 3 coffees. Unacceptable. On top of that, it when they initially gave us our food, they gave us 2 bagels and not 3. When I asked for another bagel, it took another 10 minutes before the guy actually started making it.
Food is good, but this place is ran horribly. Keep in mind, there was only 3-4 customers in the store. But the line got longer and longer after people ordered because of how slow they made the drinks.. Ended up with almost 15-20 people waiting before I finally got my order.

Service? What service? 20 min past the store opening time and the employee inside wouldn’t even open the store, he was looking around just chilling. I asked thru the glass and nothing. I guess he was on the clock but not truly working. Store supposedly opens at 5:00am
My iced coffee is always on point and the staff they have now is so kind and helpful!! April the manager is so sweet and very accommodating and she cares!! My stuffed bagel bites were perfect!!

I had been coming to this dunkin donuts for 2 years, up until a week ago. The only thing that kept me coming back was April and ya fired her. Since then every single day, there's been something wrong with my coffee. Not enough cream, not enough pumps of whatever syrup....how hard is it to follow the instructions? It's beyond simple work. My last straw was 2 days ago. The new guy made the coffee so incredibly strong, I couldn't drink it, and it being 5a.m on my way to work, my options are limited. I've started going to the N military location and I'll just say, I've had zero issues and they're faster. Be like them.
