Check your orders before you leave as there is no consistency. Since when does Dunkin put cream cheese on the side? I did not ask for that. Now I'm supposed to assemble my own bagel as I'm driving down the road to work? That's ridiculous, I go there and pay them for the convenience of having it done for me. Never again.

No drive-through and no coffee grounds to purchase inside, just a walk in coffee shop. The customer service was great and fast, and it all tasted as expected! Not a bad place, just don't expect a drive-through or any grounds to buy inside.

I come to this dunkin everyday. They remember my order and I don't wait long. MS. Wade and her team do an outstanding job and I refuse to go to any other dunkin in VA because they provide the best customer service. It's been 2 years of ne getting my coffee everyday from this location and I clinch my pearls when I got to the other locations. They are the best and thank you for jump starting my day with fast and friendly service.
They seem very disorganized and don't look like they want to do anything and they messed up an order and had my dunk my donut all smooshed and chocolate all over the bag I recommend not going this

my boyfriend came over to this Dunkin to grab me a drink because I spilled my coffee all over myself that morning. well that old hag with red hair gave him and his sister the MOST attitude. apparently asking for soy milk is against their policy and it was a huge deal to this lady. I guess my boyfriend and his sister existing were just infuriating to her. she didn't even listen to the order (I've matcha latte with chai syrup) she gave him a chai latte, threw some matcha in there, handed it to him. when he came home with it he apologized and I saw t drink ticket and the BUNCHES of matcha. I felt terrible because he was doing something so nice for me and this rude woman ruined the entire thing for him. so I drove right over. I walked in. she looked at me then looked at my drink and knew who I was. I made sure she felt the way my boyfriend felt. and when I told this ADULT to treat people the way you want to be treated, and nobody cares that you're having a bad day, you be POLITE. i told her to act like someone is going through the worst thing possible. she stuttered and claimed she wasn't rude and it was like watching a toddler lie. her coworkers didn't even defend her. next time I'm going to reach over that counter and teach these people a lesson because I've HAD IT with the people at this location. I'm not the one. especially you red head, I'm not the one. My drink was delish after I made her remake it and I watched her every step of the way. Hopefully you see this and you don't do it again :)

This location is soo slow every time I go it. Today was the last straw. Just had a customer walk behind me and wave an employee to step outside. I'm standing at the counter waiting on someone to help me. Not even so much as greeting. The employee and customer walk back in, and she walks around and heads toward the redigster. The customer who had walked in after me literally wedges himself between me and the counter. To pay for whatever it was they talked about outside. I just walked out so as not to not make a scene. It sucks because it's not even a block from the house. I have never had a good experience in this location. Happened at about 9:30 am 5/29.

If you don’t have the shine to do iced coffee than take off the items off the menu and put them back when it’s available again. ??♂️ The people here are rude and unprofessional. These kids that work here need supervision.
