I love Dunkin, but holy heck, this place never fails to disappoint. My order is always wrong, whether it’s asking for assorted and getting a dozen glazed, ordering a large and getting a medium, the coffee tasting tasting terrible, you get stressed out just pulling up to window. I recommend getting your coffee at Starbucks across the street, and when you order your donuts here, to take the time and check it before you leave. I don’t like leaving bad reviews, but this place...

Grilled cheese sandwich was not grilled as shown in picture (not grilled at all). We didn't know what we wanted, but we we're rushed through the drive through because of some 2 minute metric they have. Didn't really get a choice to get what we wanted. Hopefully they will change the way they handle this metric. If not do some research before going through their drive through.

The lady in the drive-thru was absolutely the sweetest human being this morning. She made sure to ask if I wanted any flavor in my coffee and double-checked if I wanted sprinkles on my donut. Which is refreshing from the last time I came when the person was very short with me. My coffee was great.
