I love this place! Im very fond of livers and gizzards. Finding a local resource for my tasty little treats has been hard coming from a state where they are cooked at dang near every gas station. This place makes them fresh and they are so good!!!
The fried chicken was crispy, golden, and seasoned just right, with juicy meat inside that stayed tender with every bite. The sides were tasty too, especially the mashed potatoes. A hearty, satisfying meal I’d happily order again.
The food is good and the atmosphere is okay. The atmosphere doesn't matter because we never eat in, we always get to go orders. The restaurant on princess Anne always say they don't have gizzards after 10:00. This was about 10:15 and they close at 12:00 a.m. I think the staff pick and chooses what food they want to serve based on what time they close. It's it's so sad because this restaurant can make so much more money because the food is actually good!
