“Customer service was well, the store seemed exceptionally clean for Norfolk standards. Even the rest room was somewhat clean. However they need to hire more people because it took entirely too long to make my sandwich. I ordered went to the bathroom to do a long number two and the food still wasn’t ready. Stop being cheap and hire more folks to make the sandwiches, especially on weekends.“
“The people working the lunch shift today were on point. Layla had a line at the register and was so polite and accommodating to everyone - she took orders quickly with a smile and kept the line moving. Even though they were busy, it didn't take long at all to get my sub. The gentleman who made my sub was also incredibly polite. It's not often that you see great service in the fast-food setting anymore, but this crew has it together and takes pride in giving good service and making good food. “It is quite the rarity to be a patron of a chain restaurant and be met with EXCELLENT customer service, quality food, and personable engagement almost every time! The staff and product here are extremely exceptional! I can only assume they have leadership that cares. My usual go-to options are : Meatball Sub, Italian Grill Chicken Salad, Chicken and Dumplings or Tuna Sub . Any of those are golden . Even when I'm not ordering food there, the staff still recognizes me and greets with a warm wave in passing.“
