We had a great experience at the restaurant. We had the smash burger and salmon meals for our dinner and both were delicious. The smash burger was #1 in our books though. The service was good and quick. We will definitely eat here again if we stay at this hotel or nearby.
It’s always great to have a good Resturant in the hotel you’re staying in. We happened to be flying out of Norfolk airport (ORF) and stayed at the Double Tree Hotel. Located right off the lobby is The Landing Bar & Bistro. We opted for the bar seating however location both table, booth and bar seating. The food was amazing. The potstickers had a good kick to them while the salmon Caesar salad and grilled chicken gnocchi and creamy sauce hit the spot...
DO NOT PASS THIS RESTAURANT UP! The Landing bar and bistro is good enough to stand alone as its own place. Chef is very talented. You have to try the hummus with grilled garlic. It is silly good. Staff was friendly and never let us get below half a glass. Manger makes his rounds and checks in on everyone. I wasn’t even staying here and came to eat here. Wraps and hummus were my dish and no complaints. Shout out to Lance, Chef, and the on duty Manager. All were friendly...
