This place has been on my bucket list, and it didn't disappoint!!! We were sat in an upstairs booth where you could see all the Christmas decorations they put up. We ordered the fried green tomatoes and split a french onion soup for our appitizers. My husband ordered the meatloaf special and I ordered a seafood pasta. The bread was a great compliment to soak up the pasta sauce from my dish and the gravy from the meatloaf dish. I'm not usually a fan of meatloaf, but he let me try it, and it was my favorite meatloaf ever! There is a char to it that just puts it on another level!
My seafood was cooked perfectly- very tender! For dessert, we had the cookies and mint chocolate chip ice cream. Even though it was 20 degrees outside, it was the perfect end to our dinner date. Thank you, Freemason Abbey, we will be coming back for more meals in the future.

The hostess was very accommodating when I made my reservation. A member of my party can’t do stairs.
My party was seated one the first floor and given the option of a booth or table.

The building is one-of-a-kind, but nothing special about the food and bring your patience.

I’d personally say the prices don’t reflect on the quality of food but the drinks are nice. What would be nicer is letting customers know about up charges on them however. I sat across a gallon of milk for the entire time I was there. Not very classy imo for the bartenders to be leaving there 😓 don’t think I’ll come back.

I've never heard of she crab soup, but it was incredible! Like a smooth, rich chowder. The seafood pasta was also expertly done, although I wouldn't add the extra crab for $5, the regular dish is plenty good. The cocktail flight was a little sweet for my taste, but still pretty good. Would recommend this place to anyone

I like the decoration, the place is nice and cozy. We didn’t had any reservation and luckily they had the bar with high tables available. The crab soup is delicious, nice and warm for the winter time and it has crab meat pieces.

It was a Very nice place to go to for a romantic date. You feel like it's a quiet church but in reality decent restaurant, food was amazing and not that expensive. Waiter was experienced and very very behaved. I would not recommend cocktails, wine is the way to go. Crab soup, sea bass, veggie curry 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟. Definitely will come back

Food was excellent. Got some take away and it was really good. I got the seafood fantasia, shrimp, scallops, onions, peppers and linguine, I added lump crab meat. I also got a 2oz sampler of the She Crab soup. Everything was just right, shrimp and scallops were not over cooked and everything was flavorful.
I had an Old Fashion while I waited, my only recommendation is that they should use Luxardo cherries instead of the cheap maraschino cherries they use.

I give the experience a 8.5/10, first time here. Surprised to hear this used to be a church, the aesthetic definitely matched. We came for lunch. I got the cocktail flight, it was pretty good & strong LOL! That spinach salad and she crab soup were the bomb 😋 the salmon special was okay, the sides lacked flavor and weren’t thoroughly cooked, the salmon was good, they had some kind of cinnamon glaze seasoning. We were there during happy hour as well, but you only can indulge if seated at the bar or patio.. they should change that rule lol!

Thousands of years of freemasonry secrets to curate the best food on this side of death! Idk what I’m saying, 10 out of 10. She crab soup… shoooooo-wee! Also, Nichole was cool and she loves ranch.
