Our second time here, and we find the food quite good. Our only ask would be to include a few vegetables with the entrees. Our dishes were a bit meat and starch heavy (although very tasty)

I haven't use the app yet so I don't know! I don't know how good the services is so I can't give a good or a bad review or even one between. Thank you very much.

Get the crispy octopus!!!! It is AMAZING!!!! I have texture food issues so was a little apprehensive but I also try everything because I know it's irrational. It was meaty not bouncy. It was incredible. Oysters were perfect! Honestly, everything we ordered down to the cappuccino with dessert was top tier, fries 10/10. Service: from the Host to the server, just awesome!!! Atmosphere ❤️❤️.

Overall a wonderful experience! The food was very impressive, and we were able to grab our wine and walk around the gallery after we finished our apps, and resumed with our main entree once we were done viewing the impressive glass gallery. The service (Dianne) was very impressive, as she was very attentive and anticipated everything that we may need. Will definitely come back again.

This is now our go-to place. They have a very nice wine list at all reasonable price points. Service was unfussy. We were never ignored (room setup was excellent for server visibly) but also never bothered. This is hard to achieve. Timing of the courses was excellent. The chef was the highlight. He put together a short menu that would please 99% of diners, cognizant of dietary restrictions. The glass museum next door for a little pre/post dining recreation is a plus. Oh, also, the dessert menu... Ai ya ya!

Always perfection. Staff, food, cocktails, wine recommendation, attention to detail, gallery, and ambience. Also thank you for being so accommodating regarding one diner in our party's dietary restrictions. Can't wait for next time!:)

This was absolutely the best dining experience, from beginning to end!! Our service was excellent - she answered our questions, and was very attentive. The food was delicious!! First, we had the crispy octopus...it was very tasty and light. It was accompanied by chorizo and fingerling potatoes. The seared scallops were pure perfection!! They were accompanied by mushrooms and kabocha squash. The squash reminded me of a mix between acorn and butternut. It wasn't the most flavorful, but the scallops and mushrooms mixed with it were great. They have a tables mixed with booths. It's a great place to celebrate an occasion or date night. I can't wait to go back!!

Beautiful restaurant with excellent food. Our server Katie was very attentive and friendly. The glass display is a real treat. The valet parking is a bonus. The hamburger with fries was tasty but the presentation was surprisingly unappealing. Needs some attention.

We loved our stay at the Glass Light! Such an interesting idea to merge a hotel and art gallery! It made for a unique and interesting visit, even for just one night. The room was tasteful, contemporary, and comfortable. We opted for the valet parking, which made our arrival so easy. The service was wonderful- friendly, prompt, and classy! Highly recommend!

Emily (hostess) and Diane (server) were excellent - personable, welcoming and professional. Salad and oyster starters were very good. However, the ribeye entree was a very thin slice (thus overpriced) of highly salted beef that should have had a blood pressure menu warning. The dining area is conjoined to the bar area and the room has no noise dampening architecture. Very Loud the night we were there, to the point that conversation was difficult. Be aware that this restaurant in the Glass Light Marriott property is not in the actual Norfolk Marriott hotel - our being unfamiliar with downtown Norfolk caused some confusion for us in actually finding our way to the restaurant.

Horrible walk in service. Manager is rude and a health concern is at hand. Xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Well well well, Norfolk has stepped it up a notch! A very enjoyable culinary experience! Some of the best octopus I've had to date, paired w delicious diced fingering potatoes. We all buy licked the plate clean. The burrata prosciutto classically paired with fig jam was delicious. I very much enjoyed my rock fish and my companion loved his pork chop. The rabbit glass art was a nice touch :)

Great experience from the moment i walked into the building with an attendant providing assistance with my suitcase, to the wait staff at the restaurant were super attentive, and the room - oh goodness, just beautiful and super clean!

We went to just view a room at The Glass Light hotel on granby street as we wanted to surprise our spouses with a weekend staycation at what my friend thought would be the perfect spot. We asked just to view a room and was told that they had customers coming in. We sat in the restaurant that is in the lobby of the hotel. No one checked in the 40 min that we were there. Mind you we only wanted to view a room, which would have taken 2 minutes. Needless to say we won't be staying there. Was it because of the color of our skin? It would have taken less time to check than us viewing a room. Unacceptable.
