Dominik was the bomb! (Apologies in advance if I’m butchering the spelling of your name.) You took on our rowdy party of 30 like it was nothing—grace, humor, perfect timing, and not a single eye roll in sight. This is your official nomination for Server of the Year and possibly Employee of the Universe. #iaipnorfolk2026
Friendly local Irish pub
Love the wings, Magner's and snake bite drinks, and the live music is the best. It's a must-visit every time I end up in Norfolk. Truly what an Irish pub should be!

The Shepherds pie is the best I've ever had. The flavors are so on point. The tomatoes basil soup was delicious as well. Service was fast and friendly.

Went with party of 7 on a Saturday night. Seated right away, musician was fun, volume made it difficult to have a conversation, but that's the atmosphere here, fun. Audience participation with the musician was encouraged. We ordered fish & chips, soup/salad/sandwich, salmon, and shepherds pie. Everyone was very happy with the food quality, and the portions were very generous. Specialty drinks (Crushes) were good as well.

Went in at 5 p.m. on a cold Saturday and after a few minutes, the host told us he wasn’t sure when he could seat us, even though about 70% of the restaurant was empty. He eventually said it would be an hour wait. It was just me and my parents (three people), so it wasn’t like we had a big group. After we walked outside to find somewhere else to eat, he let in another family that had just walked in, so the whole situation seemed odd. I’m not claiming they purposely turned us away, it just seemed odd and like it might be poor management.

Food was excellent. It is a tad loud for my personal taste however it is an Irish bar.

A group of 5 of us waited 1.5 hrs for our lunch. We're part of a group that traveled via coach bus and had to catch the bus to the next stop. Thank goodness we ordered appetizers, because we eventually just cancelled our order and paid for the drinks and appetizers. There are ways for the server to accommodate a slow kitchen, but that was not even attempted today. Would not recommend this place at all. Attitudes abounded among the staff!

Rude manager and hostess when we went to see parade this past Saturday
As amazing as a bar and Irish experience as it is at Grace O'Malley's the bartender Zack is often very rude and inconsiderate
To improve the experience there it would be a great to remove him from tainting the experience of the place
