Great service! The server was attentive without being intrusive. The food was fantastic, and I happened to visit when wings were just 50 cents. Brunch is also a wonderful time to visit. Overall, a very pleasant experience!
Between someone kid running around the place in circles (and trying to light his bacon on fire from behind the warmers), the poor food choices and quality, and subpar service (all he had to do was keep drinks full) we won't do this experience again. Check-in took longer than 10 minutes despite being 3rd in line because no one was to be found to do that part of the job. Got initially seated at a dirty table. 1) asked the parents to keep their kid reigned in. Got told to mind my own. Wait staff never came back after initial drink service. 2) food options limited and ran out and slow to refill. The prime rib was cold despite being under a heat lamp. Egg station ran out of ingredients, slow to refill so the line was long, and ran out of the gas to run his burners to make them. No bowls or spoons for the chowder. No knives to cut the prime rib or chicken (asked a passing employee and was told they're being washed. One appeared after 10 minutes). Food quality was poor, chicken tasted weird. Fish had a strange taste. Cornbread stuffing had the texture of pudding and unknown flavor. 3) only employee that seemed to be trying to put on a positive experience was the black gentleman refilling the buffet items. When I tried getting our wait staff attention and got ignored depsite eye contact, he took it upon himself to get his attention for me. He seemed to be the only one doing any sort of refill on the food line and silverware/plate items. 4) the mandatory “service charge” and then asking for additional tip. If it wasn't a holiday I would have asked to reduce it based on the lack of service we received from the one employee it was supposed to benefit.
Great buffet especially on the Christmas Day. Food and service are top notch. Entertainment was nice too.
We had a fun time. This was my second time attending the Christmas buffet. The staff and food were great.
We were pleasantly surprised by the presentation and quality of the food. There was a good variety and very flavorful. There was some unexpected live music, but, it was pleasant and not too loud. Only negative was a lack of green vegetables and desserts.
One of the best buffets I have ever eaten. Food was plentiful and delicious. Definitely will return for another occasion
Beautiful atmosphere, very nice staff, good & varied slection of food, very clean. Appreciated the live music, nice touch. Only minor complaint was it took a while to get napkins. Otherwise, excellent.
We were there in Christmas Day and the staff could not have been any nicer. Food was really delish
This is our third year returning for Thanksgiving buffet. Food not as good as in years past. Less seafood. Food not replenished. As quickly as before. Less selection. Some dishes were completely out and not replenished. There were no knives. To be found. Our waitress was lovely though.
We went to Grain for Thanksgiving as I had read that their buffet was the best in town. They had live music and an incredible buffet spread! I'm not a huge fan of turkey so I was pleasantly surprised to see oysters, shrimp, prime rib, and salmon on the menu. Their dessert carts were extremely assorted with pies, cheesecake, and pastries. The views of the city from the rooftop location were incredible. The decor was elegant and festive. I will definitely be coming back again next year.

Excellent choice for Thanksgiving Buffet. The price they charged was great for the many choices they had except for the service charge that gets automatically added to your bill. We served 0urself since it was a buffet so only saw a server for a beverage. We had to wait about a half hour to be seated because they had us at a high top table so next time I know to request a lower table. Some of us could not do the high top seating. Now knowing all of this we would definitely do it again.
We had a lot of fun at the Thanksgiving buffet. There were plenty of choices for everyone - Turkey, salmon, a huge seafood table, prime rib. There were also tons of deserts - in smaller sizes, so we were able to try a LOT of deserts. I would definitely go again. On the downside, I would not describe this as gourmet, so if you are looking for that this might not be your best choice. The only other issue, was I wished they had more green Veggies and or healthy veg, but their salads were good and fresh. Also it was decorated for Xmas and they had heaters on the outside rooftop bar if you wanted to go out and take in the beautiful view.
Our family of 4 had a great time. The live music, the food was delicious, so many options and different types of desserts.
We go every Thanksgiving for the buffet. Food was great as always but for the 1st time the service was fair at best. We had to constantly search out our server. Also...new this year was a $35 service charge. No warning...not cool.
Holiday buffet big disappointment and not worth it. Normal experience is usually good. Would NEVER do holiday buffet again.
