The prime rib starting only offered rare cuts of meat. Would have liked to have been able to get a medium cut. Myself and a large amount of others went to the omlete station ti get it cooked a little longer. Would like to have maybe mashed potatoes and rice as choices.. I came there last year but it was during breakfast at 9am this time 5pm
I love going to the Grain brunch. My reservation helped us go right in and we had a 5 min wait before we went to our table. However, next Mother's Day, I am going on Saturday. It was too crowded and the buffet was empty on one side. I was able to get few things, but it took about 20-25 min before fresh breakfast food came out. Things like dessert didn't get replenished until it was about time to leave. It was just the wrong day to go.
The food was great and the atmosphere was awesome. They charged us an automatic $28 tip for a waiter that gave us one drink and never brought refills. We couldn't find anyone to ask to adjust it they were so busy. Due to how busy it was, we waited 30 min for an omelet and 15 minutes to get through one side of the buffet. Food was cold by the time I could sit. Just overall not a good experience.
