I’m highly disappointed that I’m reaching out for a 3rd time because my voicemail and other email has went unanswered. My family and I were there in Saturday April 26, we were a large party and the manager allowed us to split the checks. Apparently our server decided to add an additional $10.00 tip to my bill after we left based on the charge from my bank. The 20% gratuity was already added in therefore my husband and I didn’t leave anything additional. We actually drew a line through the tip section and wrote the total of 72.36 on bottom line, however we were charged 82.36. I would like to speak with a manager and actually have all my money back at this point. It’s never okay to take the liberty to add a tip to a check. I have my receipt, it’s check #2044 table #574 Employee 24 Fazion,and time stamped for 9.09pm.

Great vibes! We went around sunset time and they had fireplaces all around the outdoor seating since it was quite chilly outside. The aesthetic was amazing.
Food was great as well. I got the Ahi Tuna Poke Bowl and a side of Brussels Sprouts and both were very tasty!
Great staff and service as well. The food is a little bit on the pricier side, but huge portions and yummy! Would go back and recommend!

2 stars: Old fashioned drink served with maraschino cherry and no orange rind; burger overcooked and charred; ribs cooked in oven and not smoked. Server brought drinks and food during four different times. Will not return. Enough said.

Disappointing experience - Wouldn’t Recommend
I recently went to this restaurant during happy hour for a glass of wine and to take a work Zoom call. Unfortunately, I left my neon pink AirPods case on the table, tipped my waitress well, and headed home. When I realized I’d left them behind, I tried using Find My AirPods, but they had already been disconnected from my phone. I contacted the restaurant by phone and email to see if they had been turned in—no response. I even went in person, and the manager wouldn’t bother speaking to me or helping, basically shrugging it off.
Beyond that, the place is consistently dirty. Every time I visit, there’s food on the floor, and the walk to the bathroom is full of spills. The food is mediocre at best. Needless to say, I won’t be coming back. Wouldn’t recommend at all.

Came for a casual weekday lunch. Food isn't anything spectacular but the vibes are great. Nice rooftop and indoors area, but our favorite thing was the free photobooth!

We went Sunday late afternoon. Seated right away with only a handful of people spinning there as well. We ordered 2 appetizers and then 2 salads, chicken tenders and the crispy chicken sandwich. After waiting 40 minutes our appetizers came out with our food. The chicken dip was very greasy but tasty. The crispy chicken sandwich was not crispy. A butterflied chicken thigh with the skin on and fried in grease that needed to be hot to make it crispy. It was so greasy even the lettuce was dripping in oil. The fried pickles were very good. The salads looked great. But that chicken sandwich was gross. I ended up with a piece of meat that was a snack really. The fried needed to be fried longer because they were not well cooked either. Ask before you order. Our server was nice but not effective and had to be coaxed into providing good customer service skills. A man that appeared to be the manager was walking around but didn't stop to check on guests and ask how things were. First time here. I'm good with not going back anytime soon.
