They can use better warmers to keep the food hot/warmer. The price was reasonable for the variety of items they had on their buffet. The service was great. They definitely should have better warmers to keep their food hot, since they are an upscale restaurant and hotel, they get enough revenue for the food to at least not be cold by the time you get back to your seat.

We had a great time celebrating our engagement with friends at Grain’s Sunday Brunch!! It was a beautiful day, so the rooftop was packed. Our server and the buffet were awesome.

Food was terrible. Took over an hour to receive. Looked like it was sitting out for a long time. Small hair in my taco. Tartar sauce had a frothy top layer. Just gross.

Wanted to like this place, especially because it was convenient as a guest of the hotel. However, it's hard to enjoy your meal when you're absolutely freezing. Outdoor temps were feeling like 47 degrees and they had both giant garage doors rolled up to access to the patio, with cold air wafting through the entire restaurant. They seated me at a table right next to the outdoor open air space. I asked for a different location and while there were numerous other tables open, they told me they had nothing else available except for the bar (hard to work on a laptop at the bar).Service was very slow and it took 10+ minutes to get a refill of iced tea and I had no silverware and had to wait for that before I could eat my meal (thus it was cold).There is potential for this to be a good atmosphere and it has one of the better menus of the three hotel restaurants, but stop freezing your customers out.I gave up eating because my meal because I was constantly shivering and my hands and toes were so frozen. I can see having the doors open on a nice day but not when it feels like 47 degrees outside.Would it be that hard to pay attention to the needs of your customers and adjust based on weather, etc?

Never have I been in here before and I live 10 minutes away. But today was the day. When getting off the elevator I was greeted by the hostess and it was UP from there. The atmosphere was great the service was even better. For $31 for brunch it was worth it. With so many things to choose from and everything I mean everything was so so good. I went up 3x. It is an all you can eat buffet and its definitely worth every dollar. They are not shy on the alcohol inside your drinks either ??. Very good place. I will be going back again.

Such a great restaurant. The Smash Burger is excellent and the views are incredible. They have giant doors all around the restaurant so even if you're eating inside you still get a breeze and a great view of the city. They also have rooftop seating on two sides of the restaurant which is great. When it's hot they run the AC even with the doors/windows open so you're never too hot. The service is second to none. I highly recommend coming here if you're visiting downtown Norfolk.

They charged my debit card 5 times !!!!!! The only thing I ordered was food ! Which was less than 20 dollars. There’s no reason they took 80 dollars out of my account I had NO drinks or anything !

Tried to eat early dinner here today. It’s a cool space with poor customer service. Only had a beer as @3:45 we couldn’t be seated because “we don’t serve dinner until 4.” Had 1 beer and tried to get a table @ 4:20 and were told it was a 45 min wait. None of the staff was helpful and had an “oh well” attitude.Won’t be back.
