My fiancé came at 8:40PM, no one answered the box. He pulled up to the window and the manager then sent one of the crew members to the window after he sat there for 3 minutes. My fiance then honked the horn and then he came over and he said they were closed . Your hours say 5am-10pm on a Saturday. Which was updated 7 weeks ago. Even if it was changed to 9PM he still had 15 minutes to order and it’s totally unacceptable to close a business early unless there’s power outage, payment machine is inoperable or out of food.

Found a hair in my smoked sausage biscuit. Aside from that the lady that took the order came on sounding like she was sick and complaining and saying she was about to crash out then after every item I ordered I was told the total and told to pull ahead. I feel like this is getting to be the norm with fast food restaurants with them trying to rush you through ordering while your trying to get orders from the back seat. Almost forgot to check me out too. Then complained at the windows that another person passed us the drinks and apparently tried to take over but she's got this. Just gerally not good customer service. Customer service in a lot of these places is going down.

Food tasted very stale NOTHING was fresh the fries did not have any seasoning the burger was hard as hell to bite into everything was trash customer service was TRASH as we got to the window they took a min to even come to the window NONE of the employees approached us please no welcome no total order or anything please hire NEW STAFF this establishment sucks

Would be 0 stars if an option. Some of the most rudest workers I have had to ever deal with. In the morning they always have an attitude for no reason. There is no reason to have an attitude first thing in the morning.
Tia is so sweet and polite! And I love that the inside is always clean quiet , I prefer going inside instead of drive thru. And everyone is always professional there and smiling.

I was the only customer in here at this time and I just had to give an excellent review at this Hardee’s because when I walked in it was the cleanest Hardee’s I have ever seen in my entire life! I mean it was absolutely spotless!! Also, the young lady who took my order, Quanaisha, was absolutely superb!! She and her fellow coworkers are doing a remarkable job keeping everything unbelievably clean and providing absolutely fantastic service. This experience was like a breath of fresh air!! Keep up the great work!!

Went through the drive through this sunday morning, waited five minutes outside after I ordered. Went inside to ask for strawberry jam. My order still wasn't done. When it was done I checked to make sure that everything was there.And the omelette biscuit was not. Guess it's a good thing I went inside right,? I will say the young man through the drive through was very pleasant.

I went to pick up a DoorDash on Easter around 2:30 and 3 of the crew members were in the lobby just messing around, which made so it took 20 min for my order to be ready.

The bacon and hash browns had a metal taste to them just horrible !!! and the HI-C orange was so sweet with syrup I had to throw it out !!! Never again!
