No option for NO SERVICE so had to chose this option. Waited 15 minutes to even be acknowledged, drink orders were taken, waited 15 minutes more and had to ask for our drinks. Finally got drinks and placed order for food which NEVER showed up. Over an hour wait to get drinks we had to ask for again. Never again. Another customer stopped by and ask if we had ever gotten our food. She as well was walking out. Horrible service
Very disappointing experience - were here yesterday, 4/26/22. Had to wait quite a while to be seated, then a longer wait for waitress to bring us menus and ask about drinks. This was understandable as it was busy and apparently short-staffed. What was not understandable was the lack of customer service to check on us one time - to ask if food was ok, needed refills of our drinks, etc. I saw her go to the same customer 3 times to check on him. poor service, waitress inattentive.
My biggest pet peeve in a restaurant is having to repeatedly have to ask for a refill of my drink.
The meal came out incomplete, toast was stale.
Easy to say, because I don't live near here, we won't be returning to this specific IHOP
