Today is November 3, 2025. I was Lunch break I decided to use my lunch break to take my children to Jersey Mike’s. It was my kids first time experiencing Jersey Mike’s . Long story short, my daughter wanted the jersey Mike’s shore combo which included chips and a drink we get to the register the register the employee name is Lucas he’s there I tell him like hey my My daughter wants the jersey shore combo . Lucas said so you want two drinks I said yes, but she wants the combo which is in Jersey shore. That’s on the pictures over there. He proceeded to walk away from the register go around there and look at the picture. Come back to the register. The register went from $30-$27 down to $23 so I say oh she wants the number I can’t think of the number but my other daughter had the Italian sub mini he proceeded to say that’s what I just said to you and I said no sir you did not what did you say to me? He say I asked you did you want two drinks? I said yes you did but you never said a combo . I’m telling you I want combo certain places if you order things separate they ring it up separate I’m just trying to make sure that you’re not ringing me up separate and I’m getting exactly what I asked for so Lucas proceeded to say what do you want it and I was like Yeah why wouldn’t I want it like I didn’t say put it back so he proceeded to throw my food away, my kids food away, so therefore, I ended up not eating on a lunch break and also most importantly my kids had nothing to eat because I had to rush back to work. Smh that was totally uncalled I’ve never been so Humiliated in front of my children and my life I felt helpless because it was left hungry all because I wanted to make sure that I was being charged correctly.

Terrible experience. Ordered extra meat. This definitely doesn't look like extra meat to me. I've never been so disappointed with a sandwich there although this was my first time at this location. $24 for a large sub and THIS is what I got?! Never again. And to make it worse, when I called the restaurant, the guy who told me he made the sandwich was nasty on the phone. Poor customer service.

Horrible Horrible Staff and Management. Wouldn’t let my dog work or eat here with the things I’ve heard and seen. Mold rinsed off tomatoes, people being told “we have no bread” or “we have no more lettuce” when they come in to purchase a sub after the grill has been cleaned because the employees are ready to go home and don’t want to Reclean the grill, and so much more that would cause me to not eat at this place if it was the last place on earth serving food, if you can call it that..

This store is clean. That is just about it the subs are subs. Good for a convenient meal but the workers can be a little much. It screamed leave IMO. I listened to the girl who made my sub complain about other customers that she had previously. Not sure if they were there before me or another day. Not the best employees. Very long wait as well and lines while employees “look busy” leaving one person to be on the sandwich making.

I usually don’t leave bad reviews because I understand food service can be a difficult profession and it’s also filled with teenagers. I had a horrible experience with what I would have expected not to be so. I came in to order and immediately the staff had looks as though I was bothering them. An Asian & black woman were there that day and of the two neither were thrilled by my presence. My subs were sloppily made and side bar conversations with profanity distracted them from what I requested. Something needs to be done about the staff and atmosphere here. I had my children with me and that is unacceptable.It’s a prime location with great potential but they need to do something about front line staff.

Employees are disrespectful and act as if you are inconveniencing them by simply ORDERING, very rude and passive aggressive, makes the experience uncomfortable and unpleasant, and insanely unprofessional, yells loudly and is obnoxious infront of customers, and makes inappropriate comments as well, overall unpleasant and I wouldn’t recommend going, I am deeply disappointed because I didn’t receive this service at the other locations, management is piss poor, deeply unsatisfactory service and quite frankly disgusted, they have roaches too.

Been ordering from this mikes for almost 3 years. Today our sandwiches were horrible, and I dont think this was a one-off fluke given the recent sale. The bread was stale, the roast beef was gross and gritty, and the sandwiches seemed smaller. Turned my stomach. Stay away.
Great as always from Jersey Mike's. The staff were incredible and super accommodating for our Gluten Free needs.
Dietary restrictions: Gluten Free. They cleaned everything and followed protocol perfectly.

My family and I really like this location. Our food has always been great and our orders have always been right. The wait is usually short, and it's still a reasonable time even when they're busy. The staff has always been friendly and helpful when I've been there. My parents and I like their #13 Italian sub. My brother LOVES their toasted chicken bacon ranch.
Parking: Parking can be a challenge if the lot is full, but if you hit it at a time when the little shopping center it's located in isn't crowded, it's not bad at all.
