I definitely think it is unfair that the Jimmy John's on 21st DOESN'T deliver 'ACROSS THE RAIL TRACKS'.
If there were an option for no stars I would choose it. There was one girl in particular how was so incredibly rude. I even sent a complaint to corporate with no response back. I will never go there again, especially when their higher ups don't even care enough to send a generic response to complaints. Terribly ran business if you ask me.

Jimmy John's is a great spot for a quick and delicious meal. The employees are kind and the service is fast. The store is clean and cozy for a nice lunch. The sandwiches are made with fresh bread, meat, and vegetables, and the cookies are always a hit. Special shoutout to the helpful and knowledgeable staff member, Ashton. Definitely worth a visit for a tasty and satisfying meal experience.
