Noone ever says hello when you walk in we always say hello to them so they see we are there. It's always freezing in there and the rock music is a bit to loud as well. Sandwich and picked are ordered on the app to be cut and its always 50/50 if its done or not.

Late afternoon and the family decided they were in the mood for subs. Jimmy John’s was close by so we went to this location to place our order. With family members in the restaurant business, the first thing we noticed about the shop was how immaculate and well tended it was. The sandwiches had very fresh vegetables and meats - that after eaten the sandwiches at home, we called the store to thank them for such a delicious meal. Food and service is normally great. However the past 2 visits I’ve noticed a (possibly newer) and younger employee never change his gloves between preparing meat, using the POS, drink machine and then worst of all his phone and then right back to slicing roast beef.
I think the managers/owners need to do some more FoodSafe training with staff.
