The customer service here is always on point. The food comes out hot, fast, and delicious.

So to start off i usually eat alot of mexican food from alot of different spots, but let me tell you this spot by far was the worst spot ive been to in my life. I ordered a taco salad beef bowl, and the beef was not thoroughly cooked. My fiancée had gotten bria tacos, and the onions on the tacos tasted like pickled onions out of a can. Not to mention the noise level. You would think a spot that has tequila in the name would have a certain age demographic as their customers. Servers were so excellent that I couldnt complain they made the whole experience bearable. Before you go verify if they have the safecert certification for cooking. I only saw one cert the whole time i was there. Maybe i shouldve tried the tequila, but if I cant get past the food im not gonna bother. Beware this place, and if you want to try it be sure not to order the TACO SALAD and BRIA TACOS.

We absolutely love going to Jose Tequilas on Little Creek! Every time we walk in, it feels like we’re coming home. The staff not only remembers our usual order, but they bring everything out with such care and attention to detail.

They treat us like family—always asking about our kids and making us feel like we’ve been regulars for years, even if it’s only been a short while. It’s rare to find a place where the service is as good as the food, but Jose Tequilas delivers both every single time.

If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would without hesitation. Highly recommend to anyone looking for great food and even better people.

I cannot say enough about this place. When I come in I am treated like family from the service to the food.

The restraunt was clean, the service was fast and friendly. Some of the food was really good. I really liked the guacamole, however their Burrito, Enchilada, and Hard shell Beef Taco were terrible. The meat filling was bland, tasteless, and wet. It soaked everything and made the shells and tortillas soggy. The meat filling had no flavor at all, like it had been boiled. I also ordered the Pork Belly, which was also terrible. It wasn't crunchy, it was luke warm, it was super dry, stringy, and chewy, also with no discernable seasonings... the prices are kind of high, but thats the case everywhere these days. Bottom line are that there are at least 3 other Mexican food places within 2 miles of here. I recommend skipping Jose Tequila and going some place else.

Nice place to go with friends or family. Staff is great.

Some of the most underwhelming and overpriced food I've ever had. Everything tastes slightly off like they're copying answers off another more successful mexican restaurant copying off an even more successful restaurant. Come pay nearly 20 bucks for a burrito that doesn't even come with some pity rice and beans on the side

You better eat your entrée chips and salsa fast, cause your order will be out piping hot before you can enjoy 10 chips! Tried the Monday special of Fajitas. Chicken or steak. What a tremendous deal! I couldn't finish more than 3 and had enough to make 2 more for later. Meat, peppers, and onions served in no time! The additional plate of rice, refried beans, lettuce, and sour cream were super fresh. The sodas? The glass must be a 40-ounce size! And they make their desert churros there! None of that rubbery Busch Gardens junk. These are the real deal. Outstanding service and excellent food!

The atmosphere and services were great and there were plenty of menu choices, many different from typical Mexican food chains in Tidewater. The food was OK. I had the Pollo Tropical, which wasn't as good as it used to be about 5 years ago. I will come back and choose something different next time.

My favorite spot in Norfolk! This place always makes me feel welcomed. The staff is incredible, the drinks and the food are amazing! 10/10 !!!
