My first time there and when I walked in, the place was very cute. Small and intimate. When me and the rest of the party were there, the whole time we felt rushed. Then when the food arrived, bowls and hands were all in my face. Just ask if someone can pass the plate to someone. No need to shove a bowl in my face to reach across the table. Some of my friends mentioned that they didn't receive the fishcakes nor the extra egg they asked for. That's extra, so I'm guessing...
On Friday night, my girlfriend and I decided to hit up the Norfolk colonial location, expecting some spicy ramen and a cozy dining experience. Instead, we walked into what felt like a Michelin-star restaurant for invisible friends. Despite the place being about as packed as my gym on New Year’s Day ( Tumbleweed* ) , they wouldn’t let us sit next to each other at one of their bigger tables, because apparently, those are scared spaces, exclusively reserved for groups of four...
We got the pork dumplings, fried mashed potatoes and grilled chicken ramen. It was all verry yummy! My favorite was the dumplings. Price was reasonable. Super clean establishment. Smells great, staff is nice!
