The food was well prepared and service was fast for typical hibachi. Staff was INCREDIBLY friendly, I even forgot my purse and our waiter ran it out to our car. Great dinner!

One word…..YIKES! First the staff not the friendliest. They are trying their hardest to hurry up and get your stuff done so they can sit down and watch videos on their phone. Second the food….the food yall is HORRIBLE. I’ve been to plenty of hibachis and this was not worth a penny. The soup was weird. It was clear soup but did not taste like it. None of us ate it. The salad was plain iceberg lettuce with some weird slimy pink sauce on top. Gross. Now the hibachi…..boring. They are so busy on trying to rush nothing is going on. No entertainment just hurry up and cook. The fried rice is one egg for the whole table and some soy sauce. The scallops and shrimp overcooked. The food was extremely bland. I wouldn’t recommend you spending any money here. Do yourself a favor and find a different spot.

I came out tonight just myself. I was splurging. My lobster was overcooked. My shrimp still had the tails on them. I eat with chopsticks. It ruined the whole experience that I had to use my fingers. The chef was as dull as a nail. I would not recommend this place at all. If you want a good experience. There are better restaurants out there. This is not one to go to.

Nice hole in the spot for a quick bite. Food has nice flavor even though its cheap ingredients. Staff is nice but slow. Sushi took a while but was tasty, though we found a piece of plastic in our food. I like that this place is open when no other sushi place is. Overall its fine but there is a reason for the average review score.

Somebody call Gordon Ramsay because this place belongs on Kitchen Nightmares! The smell of oil/grease when I walked in along with the piles of miscellaneous stuff everywhere was a big turn off but we were already there so we gave it a try. The area around the grill was sticky, the floor was slick, the chairs were wobbly, chipped & broken, there was a layer of thick black gunk on the baseboard & the edge of the grill was rusty & falling apart. There was no one in there but us so that should have been a clue but we stayed anyway. The ginger sauce on the salad (which was nothing more than a bowl of iceberg lettuce) was basically just mayo. The chef who cooked our food seemed less than thrilled to be there. I did not have high hopes for this meal by that point & unfortunately, my instinct proved correct. The food was bland & the shrimp were overcooked. I vomited in the car 3 times on the way home. Stay far, far away from this place!!!

Don’t eat here!!!! When I walked in I almost fell. The floor was so slick I was sliding on the floor and almost fell twice. The food was bland and I got sick at the restaurant. Their sodas are canned and not out of a fountain. The staff has a bad language barrier and service was slow. They also don’t accommodate people who have strict dietary restrictions.
Food was bland, tables around grill was sticky and border of grill was falling apart and dirty and burnt black. Very slow service and chef who cooked food at table was very disinterested about putting on a show for us. He only lit fire and did onion volcano. The staff was nice though. I believe they were owners. Very disappointing! Sake was good though.

I just left Katana and the fish selection is horrible! They served me spoiled sashimi. The tuna was discolored and rancid/ I didn’t even touch it and the salmon was also rancid. I didn’t notice until I bit into the salmon but it was obviously rancid. The smell was pungent and although the staff were nice, I told them about the rancid fish and they tried to argue with me about how it was fresh because they just opened it rather than smelling the fish for themselves. This is food poisoning waiting to happen!!!!
