She absolutely turned the entire experience around and made it an easy 5 stars. Her professionalism, kindness, and genuine customer service did not go unnoticed. She listened, helped, and made us feel valued as customers. Great service can truly make all the difference, and Lonnie delivered exactly that. Thank you for restoring our faith in this location!

Had to go inside bc drive through said they had 2 big orders- so we came inside. It was a wait but it was worth it. Patience is a virtue. The manager on duty - and staff working they tails off. You can tell. I appreciate them. Thanks bc I drove from the one close to my house off Military Hwy. who said they had one grill and was out of food. Thanks Ladies!

Food was good but it's just cashier acted like she wasn't trying to be at work today she rolled her eyes and acted like she had an attitude because I asked for hot sauce like really I could see if it was busy everybody was waiting nobody was ordering my food was ready she handed it to me that's when I asked now I'm thru all the arguing and everything it's no point anymore but why ppl have to act like everybody in the world did something to them
