Staff was pleasant and accurate. They got our order correct. I give the staff five stars the food three. The colonel's chicken has declined on quality. But again, cudos to the staff. Very nice and helpful.
Nicer staff than other KFC's in the Hampton Roads area. At least they try and act professional and get your food to you on time. Would drive the few miles out of the way to go there instead of Ocean View.
It was alright the food was good. I went to get unsweetened tea and the tea look like water coming out. It didn't even look like tea. I opened the container up to see if it was empty and it was full. I went to the front and asked the nice lady if they had any unsweetened tea in the back so she checked and came back with a large cup full. It was dark like tea but when I tasted it. Well it tasted watered down. Not sure who is teaching them how to make tea but please go back...
