Normally come here and do the Taco Bell thing but really wanted to try the Smokey BBQ chicken tenders. What. A. Huge. Disappointment. The "sauce" is nothing but grease with slight BBQ flavor. Normally I wait for a few minutes to get my order I didn't even have time to fill my drink when my order was called up. Sure in the fast food world that's a good thing but it was too quick the tenders barely are sauced and the bisuit isn't done. Sad. Didn't finish it either. Drink not...read full review
I can't upload the picture I justwent and got the new chicken little and had glass in my sandwhich. I called corporate and they don't seem to care. I eat here at least 3 times a week. I won't anymore.

KFC provides great customer service, with friendly staff. The restaurant is accommodating. The food is good, but online orders require in-store pickup and the drive-thru can be busy. The dining area is functional but not particularly inviting. The chicken is sometimes perfectly crispy and juicy, but other times it can be a bit dry or greasy and was found to be burnt and overly cooked. It is a convenient stop for a quick, familiar meal like the classic fried chicken, mashed potatoes and gravy, coleslaw, and biscuits.
