Cannot count how much $ I’ve wasted on inedible food here. When I order “no sour cream”, there’s usually 2x the sour cream. When I ask for “Fire and Diablo sauce”, I get everything but those two. It beginning to look intentional to get something wrong EVERY single time we go.

I was deeply offended today when i went to the ocean view taco bell. I ordered two tacos and I handed the counter person a 20, he takes my 20 and goes in the back to make sure it was real, letting me know it's procure, a gentleman comes up to the counter behind me and places his order and hands over a 20 and it was automatically accepted. The hostess had less personality than the fish I caught today, even after my husband tried to show some kindness to warm her/him up. Might be better suited for a job that doesn't interface with customers. The soda machine was very dirty. I was hoping that the food would make up for it (fried chicken and soft tacos) but the chicken seemed old and the chicken tacos had no flavor. We didn't finish our meals.
