The app lets you place orders for KFC through 2am...and it says on the app my orders ready (it's not even 11). Get to the drive through only to be told only the taco bell side is open. So now I get to chase my money back. I won't eat taco bell again if it's the only food option left because every time I e had it I was disgusted, and now I guess I won't do KFC either. I ordered mashed potatoes NO gravy and it came with gravy. Simply person not caring or paying attention. It was Uber Eats order. Tried calling the store and no answer

KFC provides great customer service, with friendly staff. The restaurant is accommodating. The food is good, but online orders require in-store pickup and the drive-thru can be busy. The dining area is functional but not particularly inviting. The chicken is sometimes perfectly crispy and juicy, but other times it can be a bit dry or greasy and was found to be burnt and overly cooked. It is a convenient stop for a quick, familiar meal like the classic fried chicken, mashed potatoes and gravy, coleslaw, and biscuits.
