I love this place. However, they’ve changed their cups from the boba cups (plastic sealed cups) to regular plastic cups. Sticking the straw to the cup is one of the experience of drinking boba. But other than that, I’ve been going here for the past 3 years.

i got the passionfruit green tea with the honey boba and i didn’t really enjoy it. the tea was bitter, and the boba didn’t taste like it was soaked in honey at all. the consistency of it was pretty good though. i work at a kung fu tea myself, so i was a little let down that it didn’t really taste the same even though we use the same products. the staff was sweet though.

Always closed or doors are unlocked but they aren’t “open”. They need to change the hours and make sure it’s up to date on all websites. Staff is rude too.

ordered the mango green tea, 4/5. the popping mango jelly was very good and refreshing. the service was fast and the workers were friendly. very nice atmosphere and dream music playlist.

The last few times I’ve been there, they’ve been out of almost everything. Like everything I named, they were out of. The staff is friendly, but how are they out of almost all of their products all the time? I thought it was the time of day the first couple of times considering they weee both around 7pm. But the last time? I went at about 4pm and out of almost everything. I don’t get it. I love KFT, but I’m highly disappointed with all the shortages. They’re even out of the plastic cups! I’ve been receiving all of my cold drinks in the cups for hot. I know this isn’t a new thing as the KFT stores in Virginia Beach don’t do this. Hoping they improve…

Drinks are delicious, the servers are knowledgeable and kind, and the seating is fun and functional including tables with places to plug in electronics
the owner Michael Wu scams money from his partners and tricks his employees into investing into the company then pays them nothing. he also lies to his 18 year old employees into insurance pyramid scheme using his position as a federal agent. we should be able to trust our government agent right? they shouldn't be able to get away with crimes just because they hold a badge and gun.
