Ok, so if anyone knows me, knows I really had stopped eating at McDonald's for years now because the last 5-7+times before had not been good experiences with the food or the customer service and it was no matter where I had been. I had written them off for only the kids. But recently my mouth wanted a fish filet. And this restaurant gave me hope for that. I requested freshly cooked filets and fries and everything was perfect! Just 2 sandwiches, fries and sweet tea (well they mistakenly at first gave me unsweetened tea but swiftly fixed that). The staff was super "busy" because there was actually an "managers' meeting" going on right in the lobby. So they were "busy doing tasks". The front cashier was sweet and quiet. We got food fast. Inside was clean so we ate inside. And then we left. I would go back just for fish filets. I still don't trust anything else.

Pretty nice place average McDonalds very friendly staff. The highlight was the prize inside the happy meal! A six piece two sided puzzle in a tin box. My four year old grandson loved it and got hours of joy playing with it!

What a day! We’ve become quite the regulars here since my son can only tolerate a happy meal health wise. Today we ordered our usual however our food was served soggy, burnt and cold. So we go inside and simply ask for it to be remade. The manager proceeded to tell us if they remake the food it would come out burnt again. Clearly this was a fryer issue, and just by simply changing the old oil out would have fixed the issue. After just demanding a refund, the lady began to insult and mock my partner who may I add is a chef as well as a disabled veteran. Of course this caused a lot of mess in the restaurant so we proceeded to leave and go to another McDonalds and receive d fresh and hot food.

This location is ALWAYS slow even when there are no customers. You will find yourself ignored/ not greeted at the window when you FINALLY get past the payment window. Had to come back twice one night because food was missing and then my food was RAW. My child bit into and swallowed RAW HAMBURGER MEAT. There is a time for all food items, so there is no reason it should be raw AT ALL.

McDonald’s sucks anymore! Day one of the grimace birthday meal I go to get one, place the order at a kiosk inside because the line wrapped around the building only to find out that their ice cream machine wasn’t working, go figure! They tried to substitute the milkshake with a soda and if it wasn’t for me asking for my money back since it was a $13 meal they wouldn’t have given it to me! I’m sorry but in what world is a big Mac meal $13?!?!? If they can’t handle taking orders and have to get kiosks to replace them the least they could do is make it so that certain items are not on the menu and they’re not available! Not to mention I asked for an iced coffee instead and they said it would take 20 minutes to brew and then when they brought the meal out 5 minutes later, they brought the coffee too! Are used to love going to McDonald’s when I was younger but the older I have gotten the more I have realize this is the worst fast food place ever!SN: TikTok is ruining fast food! McDonald’s fries are always over salted and when I ask for unsalted fries or lightly salted fries, they always give over salted. All these idiots calling it a “hack” to ensure hot fries have ruined what has worked for others for decades before your insignificant self thought of it so go out and experience the real world and stop acting like you’re the first one to do anything, ruining things for everyone else because your parents raised you to believe you were smart and got participation trophies for showing up and not doing anything! You suck at life, not original and bottom of the barrel ignorant!

There was 2 cars in line and it took about 45 minutes just to get to the last window I cannot believe this so short staff food isn't even that good and it took 13 minutes just to get someone a drink. The line overall was 50 minutes i can't even not coming back always gonna go to the one next to coaster coffee.. people were nice but not again.. I am a local ?

I came to this McDonald's because my son is a big fan, like any other kid. I waited in line patiently, and when I finally got to make my order the lady messed up the code for my discount. The app is very strict, and once a code is given you're not allowed another code for 10 minutes. She got the manager, and I hoped that they would just do what the code would've done, as an override. Instead the manager said for me to get back in line, and hopefully by then the 10 minute wait for a new code would be up. This was frustrating, and I definitely think there needs to be some change in management.

I was door dashing on this day. I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt due to the fact that they had the food I was to deliver ready and waiting! That’s not too common here for our McDonald’s location!
