McDonald’s sucks anymore! Day one of the grimace birthday meal I go to get one, place the order at a kiosk inside because the line wrapped around the building only to find out that their ice cream machine wasn’t working, go figure! They tried to substitute the milkshake with a soda and if it wasn’t for me asking for my money back since it was a $13 meal they wouldn’t have given it to me! There was 2 cars in line and it took about 45 minutes just to get to the last window I cannot believe this so short staff food isn't even that good and it took 13 minutes just to get someone a drink. The line overall was 50 minutes i can't even not coming back always gonna go to the one next to coaster coffee.. people were nice but not again.. I am a local ?

This location is ALWAYS slow even when there are no customers. You will find yourself ignored/ not greeted at the window when you FINALLY get past the payment window. Had to come back twice one night because food was missing and then my food was RAW. My child bit into and swallowed RAW HAMBURGER MEAT. There is a time for all food items, so there is no reason it should be raw AT ALL.
