Food quality is way down. Customer service is atrocious. False hiring signs. Dirty / broken restaurant and no access to help online or in person. These Norfolk franchises need to be shut down.
Update: I see the owner or one of the lackeys left me a pointless reply. The restaurant is still awful. Every McDonald's in Norfolk is franchised by the same guy. All in worse shape than the last.
Because its right outside of ODU its mostly college kids. The service is always slow no matter what time of day you go and they close at 2:30. Last time I went they messed up my order twice and it take an hour and 15 minutes to finally get my food. The inside is a mess and the workers would rather talk to their friends then actually work.

I've had my bank card information stolen twice from this location. The first time they tried to order KFC through doordash. The second they were trying to purchase taco bell. I'm never coming here again because I can't trust the staff with basic purchasing. I've had friends come here that go to ODU and they were told they didn't have what they ordered but when they went in the building to confront the workers they magically had everything.

Got my order wrong 3 times it took 25 minutes for the issue to be resolved. The Gm I’m guessing tried to blame the employees instead of fixing the issue. Absolutely ridiculous!

I waited in the drive thru for a long time to get a messed up sandwich & half filled fries. They remake the sandwich & then I found a gray hair in my sandwich AND in my fries. I would rate 0 stars if I could & will not eat here again.

I straight up had this location tell me they weren't accepting orders from their own app, that they would only serve UberEats and DoorDash and that I needed to just leave and not pick my order up for a refund.

Waited almost 2 hours (was behind 3 cars) and when i got to the kiosk he told me he would be right with me and then finally, 30 minutes later he came back. He was very rude and i will not be coming back. I have never seen this happen and i was very irritated.

One person in the drive through had an issue with her order. Instead of having them pull around and continue to serve other customers, they kept them there for 10+ minutes (still waiting) to fix her order. This was at 5:40am on Thursday. When many people are trying to get to work
