I want to give this 5 stars so bad, but, I cant. Ordered 2 of the samplers where you get to pick 2 to 3 meats and 1 to 2 sides. They were delicious, amazing flavors. The beans were delicious, as well as the mac n cheese and the fries..... But I got my kids each a cheese burgers, they were thick and mostly raw. The kids complained about them being warm in the ends and cold in the middle. I know it takes a while for a 1 inch (or bigger) patty to cook, thats ok, no need to rush...
This was my first time at this location and DENISE HUNTER was an amazing person and had outstanding customer service. She really made me feel comfortable. And she took care my little problem without me expecting it.
