Starters
Borek Sml
Savory pastry stuffed with spinach, mild imported feta, green onions, parsley and spices. Comes with cacik. Cacik is similar to a tzatziki sauce, but has more body. Hint of garlic and fresh minced mint.
Cacik
Cucumber garlic yogurt. Yogurt mix with cucumbers, garlic, and extra virgin olive oil, mixed with herbs dill, mint and parsley. Served with 2 pita breads.
Hummus
Spread made from cooked and mashed chickpeas, blended with tahini, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and garlic. Served with 2 pita breads.
Lentil Soup
Red lentil soup enhanced flavor with carrots, potatoes, mint and spices. Comes with one pita bread
Shaksuka (add eggs if desired)
Sauteed and baked medley of eggplant, zucchini, peppers, tomatoes with garlic and extra virgin olive oil. Comes with chacik or pita bread.

Kofte Kebab
Helal beef kofte kebab, minced with onions, cumin and parsley, charbroiled. Served with a side rice, cacik and house salad.
Borek Savory Pastry Full size
Full size. Savory pastry stuffed with spinach, mild imported feta, green onions, parsley and spices. Comes with cacik and special house salad (has a hint of soy souce in dressing). Cacik is similar to a tzatziki sauce, but has more body. Hint of garlic and fresh mint.
Forest Kebab Chicken
Orman kebabi with chicken. Orman kebabi or in english forest kebabi is a famous dish from bolu, a city in turkey. Orman kebabi has sauteed chicken, portobello mushrooms, potatoes, carrots, peas, peppers, and chicken, spiced with oregano and garlic. It is topped with a thick layer or bechamel sauce and grated cheese and is very earthy. Served over rice, with a side of house salad and cacik.
Naci`s Scrumptious Salad
Get your healthy salad with or without chicken or kofte, substitute bulgur for vegetarians, over spring mix, arugula, shaved red cabbage, cucumbers, tomatoes,grated cheese, topped with shaved almonds and sunflower seeds. Red onions and extra virgin olive oil vinaigrette on the side. Comes witha side of cacik.
Karniyarik w/Meat
Stuffed Eggplant with ground angus beef with a mix of sauteed peppers, chopped onions, tomatoes, dill, garlic, parsley, and spices. Served with a side of rice, cacik and house salad.

My friend ordered the Kofte beef patties, which were super juicy and flavorful. I tried the Karniyarik Stuffed Eggplant, which was absolutely delicious and cooked perfectly (I am picky about eggplant tenderness and avoid mush)!! The owner is a lovely person and takes pride in every detail of her business. We appreciated the cleanliness of the restrooms. The dining room is cozy. Such a lovely and charming restaurant. This was our first time eating Turkish cuisine and it won’t be our last! We started with the Borek; my daughter ordered the Chicken Kebab and I ordered the Stuffed Eggplant.
